The Quiet Between Becoming

There’s a stillness that arrives after change, a space between the person we were and the one we’re becoming. Its and in-between place that feels uncertain, but its also where transformation takes root.

For so long, I believed movement equalled progress. That I had to constanlty be doing, creating, proving. But healing has taught me that stillness is its own kind of motion, quiet, steady, unseen.

In my studio, I often find myself painting this space - the silence between brushstrokes, the subtle tension of what’s emerging but not yet clear. The Quiet Between Becoming is where I remember to trust the process, even when I cane see where its leading .
